One day when I was playing around with colors in Photoshop, I found that if I used a certain combination of filters, I came up with faces. Since then, I have been "finding" faces for fun and have created needle felted pieces with the images. I find it amazing how much character these computer faces have, and how they seem to be telling me something. I also love the fact that there are no separations between one face and another. They are all a part of the same network.
The combination of these digital phantoms brought to life with the ancient art of needle felting seems the epitome of Postmodern madness.

My children's Book JOE AND THE ADOBIANS was inspired by these faces.
